The Board of Directors and the Communications Committee of The
Keys Condominium Owners Association appreciate the importance of keeping owners
and tenants informed as to matters which affect our community. This web site has
been created to provide an efficient and accurate channel of communication
between the Board and Association Members; to provide a reference source for
updated versions of important Association documents such as the CC&Rs,
bylaws and rules; to educate owners and tenants on the do's and don'ts of living
within The Keys community; and to provide a source for notices of social and
other special events at The Keys.
It is NOT intended as a public forum, a chat room, or a news
group. While suggestions from Association members as to the contents of this
site are always welcome, as the official web site of The Keys, the final choice
of content resides with the Board.
