QUESTION: Resident from the 370 Building provided the Board of Directors with his recommendations concerning the planter beds that are located near each building. He stated that there is one that he feels should be removed next to the 420 Building.
ANSWER: The Board accepted his documentation and further investigation will be done concerning the overall landscaping and design of the property in the future.
QUESTION: Resident from the 330 Building spoke to the Board of Directors of what their interests are, in example, lawsuits, communication to the membership, etc. He also wanted to know the number of units that each of the current Board Members owned.
ANSWER: The Board is in the process of gathering information that will help the Board make necessary decisions as well as communicating information to residents through the KeyNotes, Website and postings. Only 2 members of the Board disclosed the number of units that they owned.
QUESTION: Resident from the 410 Building explained to the membership the difference between and FHA Loan and a Conventional Loan and stated that he believes the problems of obtaining a loan within the complex is directly connected with the lawsuit that is in the process of settling.
QUESTION: Resident from the 330 Building spoke to Management concerning a unit at the 300 Building is in violation for having hangin flower pots from the railings and also residents should not allow their animals to deficate without cleaning up after their animals as there is too many feces.
ANSWER: Management will investigate the violations.
