MONTHLY MEETINGS

Board of Directors Meeting 
The Board of Directors meeting is held monthly on the first Wednesday of the month.  It is held at the Clubhouse and starts at 7:30pm.  This meeting is open to all residents and is also broadcasted on Channel 19.

Next meeting of the Board of Directors/Annual Meeting is scheduled for:  Wednesday, January 4, 2012

Disciplinary / Rules Committee
The Disciplinary / Rules Committee meeting is normally held on the second Monday of the month.  It is held at the Clubhouse and starts at 7:30pm.  This meeting is open to all residents.  Currently, the Committee is revising the CC&Rise (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) of the Association.   

The next meeting of the Disciplinary / Rules Committee is scheduled for:  Thursday, January 19, 2012

Finance Committee 
The Finance Committee meeting is normally held on the fourth Thursday of the month.  It is held at the Clubhouse and starts at 7:30pm.  This meeting is open to all residents.  During Budget time (July - November) the committee may meet more frequently and on various days.

Communication Committee
The Communication Committee is in the formation stage.  Anyone wishing to participate in this committee is encouraged to contact the 312 Office. 

The next Communication Committee meetings is scheduled for:  Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 7:30 PM at the Clubhouse 

Major Projects
The Major Projects Committee meeting is open to all residents and starts at 7:30pm at the Clubhouse. 

The next Major Projects Committee meeting is scheduled for:  Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 5:00 PM at the Clubhouse.
                    
Design Review
The Design Review Committee meeting is normally held on the third Wednesday of the month.  This meeting is open to all residents and starts at 7:30pm at the Clubhouse. 

The next Design Review Committee meeting is scheduled for:  Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 7:30 PM at the Clubhouse.

Nominating Committee -
The Nominating Committee is normally held January through July Elections.  This meeting is open to all residents and starts at 7:30pm at the Clubhouse.  

Meet the Candidates meeting is scheduled for: Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 7:30 PM at the Clubhouse.

Safety and Security Committee -
This is the 1st meeting of the Safety and Security Committee.  This meeting is open to all residents and starts at 7:30pm at the Clubhouse.
