MONTHLY MEETINGS September 2010 Board of Directors Meeting The Board of Directors meeting is held monthly on the first Wednesday of the month. It is held at the Clubhouse and starts at 7:30pm. This meeting is open to all residents and is also broadcasted on Channel 19. Next meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for: Wednesday, September 8, 2010 Disciplinary / Rules Committee The Disciplinary / Rules Committee meeting is normally held on the second Monday of the month. It is held at the Clubhouse and starts at 7:30pm. This meeting is open to all residents. Currently, the Committee is revising the CC&Rise (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) of the Association. The next meeting of the Disciplinary / Rules Committee is scheduled for: Monday, September 20, 2010 Finance Committee The Finance Committee meeting is normally held on the fourth Thursday of the month. It is held at the Clubhouse and starts at 7:30pm. This meeting is open to all residents. During Budget time (July - November) the committee may meet more frequently and on various days. The next Finance Committee meetings are scheduled for: Thursday, 30, 2010 The next Budget Meetings are scheduled for: Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 7:00pm at the Clubhouse and Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 7:00pm at the Clubouse Design Review The Design Review Committee meeting is normally held on the third Wednesday of the month. This meeting is open to all residents and starts at 7:30pm at the Clubhouse. The next Design Review Committee meeting is scheduled for: Wednesday, September 15, 2010 Nominating Committee - The Nominating Committee is normally held January through July Elections. This meeting is open to all residents and starts at 7:30pm at the Clubhouse. This meeting will be televised on Channel 19.
