The Bay Area is beginning to dry out with the departure of one of the most powerful October storms in decades. Here at the Keys, the staff were busy in the rain unclogging drains, responding to a few unit leaks and assisting residents during the power outage that affected the 400 side of the complex for almost 12-hours.
